Our prices are quoted in euros and include all statutory taxes of the selected country.<\/p>

Delivery in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is free of charge. For deliveries to countries other than the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the shipping costs are displayed in the \"Shop\" section.<\/p>

The products offered are subject to availability. Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. is not liable for stock shortages or limited stocks. The photos are not binding.<\/p>

Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. uses the services of P&T (Luxembourg Post) and DPD for the delivery of its goods. The delivery times correspond to the usual delivery times of P&T or DPD and vary according to the geographical location of the recipient of the order.<\/p>

The goods ordered and to be delivered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg are delivered by Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. vans.<\/p>

Processing of complaints:<\/strong><\/p>

All complaints concerning the delivered goods must be addressed to Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. within 8 days of receipt of the delivery.<\/p>

Please state the reason for your complaint.
If the items delivered do not correspond to those ordered (error concerning the variety or official classification or concerning the range\/brand), Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. will deliver the correct order immediately upon receipt of the incorrect consignment (the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the sender) or will pay the difference, if any, between the incorrect order and the amount of the order that should have been delivered if proof of the error is sent to us.<\/p>

In the event of broken bottles, Maison Rezbergh S.\u00e0.r.l. will return the items on the basis of evidence to be provided by the supplier, or have the amount for the broken items refunded by CETREL (our online payment company), PayPal or bank transfer.<\/p>
