BRUT

The targeted selection of Pinot Noir grapes from Keuper and shell limestone soils and a maturation period of at least 24 months on the lees resulted in an incomparable Blanc de Noir cuvée.

This crémant surprises with its very fine mousse, silky creaminess and distinctive flavour. It reflects the charm of its grape variety, the white Pinot Noir. Lots of finesse and red fruit flavours on the nose. Something special for all lovers of our crémants.

Its gastronomic orientation is versatile. It goes well with summer aperitifs, seafood platters, mushroom dishes and roasted foie gras as well as chocolate and caramel-based desserts.

Brut Rosé

The Pinot Noir grapes for the BRUT ROSÉ grow on shell limestone and Keuper, are gently pressed after hand-picking and blended into an incomparable composition. After a maturation period of at least 24 months on the lees, it develops its seductive personality and perfectly combines the finesse of the grape variety with strength, structure and character.

The fine, salmon red colour and the finesse of its mousse make the first impression. The nose is almost opulent with its red fruit flavours. This crémant demonstrates the versatility and value of its grape variety - Pinot Noir - to perfection. Finesse combined with power, structure and character.

The Cuvée BRUT ROSÉ is an ideal accompaniment to colourful salads, seafood and tender roast duck breast with cherries, but also to baked desserts with red fruits.

BRUT BLANC DE BLANCS

Two different rock formations - Keuper in the area around Schengen and shell limestone in the canton of Grevenmacher - characterise the soils on which the grapes for de BRUT BLANC DE BLANCS grow. Harvested by hand and gently pressed as whole fruit, 70 % Chardonnay and 30 % Pinot Blanc go into this masterful blend. Partly matured in oak barrels and after a long lees ageing period of at least 60 months, Rezbergh's top product is a complex crémant with fullness and elegance.

The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe berries, vanilla and discreet toasted flavours. On the palate, this crémant develops a fine perlage and freshness with fruity notes of strawberries and mirabelle plums as well as a slightly iodised minerality. It stands alone as an aperitif for a very special evening, but is also an excellent accompaniment to food, such as beef carpaccio, guinea fowl with wild mushrooms or aromatic hard cheeses such as Parmesan.

2022 BLANC RÉSERVE

This Réserve wine shows its full potential. Its nose is characterised by aromas of exotic fruits, ripe pears and subtle woody notes.

On the palate, it impresses with its remarkable softness and roundness, as well as flavours of pears and subtle vanilla notes. Because it is full-bodied and well-balanced at the same time, this wine is unmistakable. The finish is fresh and remarkably long. The structured body and pleasantly refreshing acidity characterise it as a versatile menu wine.

A perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish, veal, pork and asparagus dishes.
