Welcome to the Maison Rezbergh
a wine country that has many qualities and exclusive promises in its very name: Value, continuity, splendour and abundance
Wine connoisseurs are looking for extraordinary stories, discoveries and experiences with substance. With origin and future, about diversity and originality, with meaning and truth, but also with rough edges
The country
As early as 350 AD, the Roman poet Ausonius described how higher-lying plots on the slopes of the Luxembourg Moselle were planted with vines. Genuine tradition, unique terroir, a strong passion for wine - it's all there in Luxembourg. And we are continuing this history by rewriting it. World-famous as one of the most important financial centres in the world. But also a traditional wine country and one of the few in the EU to have a Minister of Viticulture. The quality, the unique locations and not least the diversity of grape varieties in a small area are unique and thus also embody the diversity and cosmopolitanism of the population, which consists of over 47% inhabitants of different national and cultural origins from over 170 nations.

The terroir
Every vintage is a tribute to the unique soils and the special microclimate of the Moselle, every sip of their cuvées tells the story of Luxembourg's wine tradition. Two different rock formations characterise our Crémants: Keuper in the Schengen area and shell limestone in the canton of Grevenmacher. Our winegrowers carefully select the best south and west-facing sites for Rezbergh.

The vinification
Our winegrowers carefully select the best vineyards and produce the unique Rezbergh cuvées from different grape varieties such as Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our crémants are based on healthy, aromatic grapes with refreshing acidity, carefully harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. Our Crémant is a quality sparkling wine at the highest level, with over 30 years of experience in the production of Crémant and the expertise of Charlène, cellar master from Champagne.
